Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway OMR

We had planned a family visit to Chennai since not out of country after Covid. There were many countries on the list but since medical was an area to be covered then we considered to go to India, Chennai and visit the Apollo Cradle & Children hospital there (which went very well and very fast, that gave us many days for fun plus relaxation). We never knew Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway OMR was so helpful from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Feels very secured with the security they have of bag and luggage scanning (Security team). The front desk staffs are always smiling and ready to help. The head of HK and his team very friendly, looking to assist at any given time in every way possible. At the restaurant, the staff is eager to take the orders and wanted go make sure that all is going well. Even they assisted the children when they needed to use restroom since the parents were eating at the meantime (they wanted to make sure we enjoy the meal). The bar staff is really good in making any or wished drink at your satisfaction. All in all, I have no doubt that this Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway OMR is family friendly and adjustable in all ways. Property was wonderful and staff were amazing in treating us. Specially the staff at Front desk, at restaurant and special thanks to Gym Chandru anna where I had some great interactions. I also liked the electric car charging facility in the property. There were 4 chargers 2- 7KW and 2-30KW.Property was ideally located near to ECR and other city areas. Here is the feedback from my daughter Advika (7 yr old): - She liked the swimming pool - She liked the Christmas decorations - She liked the room and chocolates given in the room

Amazing staff, from the moment we entered till we checked out. No hassle at all. Would like to name a few staffs who always went beyond and supported us: 1. Chandan 2. Utish 3. Swami 4. Pratiksha I also used their spa services, and it was so relaxing that I cannot do without mentioning that one should avail that for sure.

Our stay at the Vivanta IT Expressway was lovely. The front desk staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and so was the housekeeping staff (shoutout to Mr. Raji!). They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms, and even offered a choice between adjoining double twin bed rooms and adjoining king bed rooms. The breakfast was great and had a ton of options, and the room service food was also delicious. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Baby food , baby milk , i could order with customization. I could ensure hygiene for my baby while away from home. In room dinner i ordered this time , north indian dishes , it was so yummy, the way I had expected it to be.
